This privacy policy sets out how the Site Operator collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 ("the Protection of Privacy Law"), including Amendment 13 to that law (in force from 14 August 2025), the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017 ("the Privacy Regulations"), and the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 5742-1982 ("the Communications Law").

This privacy policy forms an integral part of the site's terms of use.
Providing personal information to the Site Operator depends on the User's consent and is not a legal obligation.
That said, withholding certain information may prevent you receiving some of the services offered on the site, including placing orders, making contact, or receiving related services.
Definitions
Personal information: any data about an identified or identifiable person, whether directly or indirectly (name, address, email, IP address, location data, payment details).
Information of particular sensitivity: medical, financial, biometric or genetic information, precise location data, political opinions, sexual orientation, criminal history.
Processing of information: any operation performed on personal information, including collection, storage, use, transfer, distribution, deletion or destruction.
Controller of a database: the party that determines, alone or together with another, the purposes for which information in the database is processed and the means of processing it. The Site Operator is the controller of the database.

The Site Operator undertakes not to misuse the information without the User's consent, unless required to do so by law, in order to prevent misuse, or in order to protect its rights. Database
The Site Operator manages its databases in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Privacy Law and the regulations made under it. The Site Operator categorically prohibits any operation on personal information collected unlawfully, and is committed to verifying the lawfulness of information collected from any source.
Purposes of collecting and processing information
Information will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. At the end of that period, or if the information is no longer needed, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymise it so that the data subject cannot be identified by reasonable means.
Information the Site Operator collects through the site: information collected through forms. When completing forms on the site — including contact forms, quotation requests, registration, content downloads, appointment booking or any other form — the User may be asked to provide personal information. That information will be used to handle the enquiry, contact the User, provide the requested service, and for the further purposes set out in this privacy policy.
Technical information about the computer, including among other things: IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system.
Browsing and site usage data, including among other things: referral source, length of visit, pages viewed, and navigation paths through the site.
Personal information provided when registering on the site, including name, address, telephone number and email address.
Details relating to purchases or transactions, including: name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details.

Where the User chooses to contact the Site Operator via WhatsApp, the information passed in the course of that correspondence — including contact details, the content of the enquiry and any further information the User chooses to provide — will be processed for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, and will also be subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of WhatsApp and Meta. Sources of information: personal information may be received directly from the User, from third parties on their behalf, from service providers, from advertising and measurement systems, from customer management systems, and from further sources from which the User has authorised the transfer of information.
Information is collected and processed for the following purposes: to enable the User to place orders through the site.
Providing the services offered on the site, including contacting the Site Operator.
Statistical analysis and segmentation of browsing habits (using anonymous or minimised data so far as possible).
Sending messages, including essential service messages.
Protecting the Site Operator's rights, preventing fraud and unlawful activity, and enforcing the terms of use.

Consent to receive marketing communications

Such communications will be sent in accordance with section 30A of the Communications Law, and only after express opt-in consent has been obtained from the User.
Unsubscribing under the Communications Law
The User may contact the Site Operator at any time and ask to be removed from the mailing list. Unsubscribing from the email list: the User may at any time ask to be removed from the Site Operator's email list. The User can remove themselves by clicking the unsubscribe link at the foot of every marketing email sent by the Site Operator, or by sending an unsubscribe request to yakov.netafim55@gmail.com. Once an unsubscribe request has been received, the Site Operator will not send marketing messages to the mailbox from which the request was sent.
Unsubscribing from SMS messages: send an unsubscribe request by SMS in accordance with the instructions set out in the message sent by the Site Operator.
Reviewing your information under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981: the User may ask to review the details held about them by the Site Operator in its database. The User may apply to review, correct or delete the information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law. The Site Operator may correct the information or delete it.
It is clarified that in the case of deletion, all records relating to the User will be deleted, other than the deletion request itself and data about actions the User carried out on the site, including orders.
Accuracy of information: the Site Operator operates mechanisms to ensure the personal information it holds is accurate. Limits on retention: the Site Operator will act to delete personal information that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or held, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
The User has the rights conferred by law in relation to their personal information, including the right to review, correct and delete it. The Site Operator will respond to such requests within 30 days. Authorisation to transfer user details to third parties
The Site Operator may share personal information with third parties in the following cases and only for defined purposes. Those third parties may include, as applicable: payment clearing and processing providers, shipping and logistics companies, mailing and CRM system providers, hosting and technology infrastructure providers, and digital advertising and measurement providers. Information will be transferred only to the extent required, for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, and subject to confidentiality and data security undertakings.
The Site Operator may use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage enquiries, prospective customers, existing customers and service provision. Personal information may be stored and processed in those systems in accordance with the purposes set out in this policy.

Transfer of information without identifying details
The Site Operator may use the details you provide for statistical analysis and pass them to related parties and to any other party in order to assess visitor numbers to the site, segment purchasing habits, carry out generic segmentation, tailor advertisements to browsing habits, and for any other purpose. In such cases the data will be anonymous and will not refer to you personally.

How long personal information is retained
