How it works

Four steps, no surprises

    Choose a piece

    Everything that can be personalised is gathered here. Name necklaces, letter pendants, engraved bracelets and symbols — all in sterling 925 silver.

  2. 02

    Type your text

    On the product page there's a field for the name, word or date to be engraved. What you type is what we make — it's worth checking the spelling twice before adding to your bag.

  3. 03

    We make it by hand

    The piece is cast, worked and polished by hand in the studio — 7–10 working days for most items. If anything about your order isn't clear to us, we'll message you before we start.

  4. 04

    It reaches you

    The piece ships in a gift box with the 925 hallmark and a full one-year warranty. Worldwide delivery, or free collection from the Jerusalem studio.

Common examples

Name necklace

A name in joined script, in Hebrew or English, with an open frame or without. Our most requested piece by far.

Engraved ring

A date, a word or a dedication — usually inside the band, where only the wearer sees it.

A personal symbol

A logo, a signature, a child's drawing, or a family emblem. We turn it into a mould and cast it in silver.

Recreating a piece

An old piece that broke or was lost and you'd like it again. Send a photo — in most cases we can recreate it.

Before you start

How much does a personalised piece cost?

The price shown on the product page includes the personalisation — there's no surcharge for engraving a name or a letter.

Can I return a personalised piece?

A piece engraved or made with a name can't be returned, because it can't be sold to anyone else. That's why it matters to check the spelling in the text field before adding it to your bag. If a mistake slips through, write to us straight away and we'll do everything we can to fix it before production.

Is there a limit on the text length?

Yes — the maximum number of characters is shown in the field itself on each product page, and it varies with the size of the piece. You can type in Hebrew or English.

I couldn't find the piece I wanted to personalise

If there's something in the catalogue you'd like with a name or an engraving and it isn't listed here, send us a message — in most cases we can make it to order.

Does the warranty cover personalised pieces?

Exactly the same warranty — a full year, including re-polishing and any manufacturing fault. Ring resizing is also covered in the first year.
