The User may cancel an order and/or a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("the Consumer Protection Law").
Deadlines for giving notice of cancellation
The governing conditions are those set out in the Consumer Protection Law and the relevant regulations, as updated from time to time. For convenience, the conditions for cancelling a distance-selling transaction are as follows: on the purchase of an asset/product — up to fourteen days from the date the asset/product was received.
A User who is a senior citizen, a new immigrant, or a person with a disability as defined in the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, may cancel an order within four months of the date the product was received, provided that entering into the transaction included a conversation between the Site Operator and the User.
Transactions that cannot be cancelled
Certain products cannot be cancelled once ordered, including as set out in section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law: perishable goods.
"Information" as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995.
Goods manufactured specifically for the consumer as a result of the transaction.
Goods capable of being recorded, reproduced or duplicated, where the consumer has opened their original packaging.
When returning a product it must be returned with all of its parts, preferably in its original packaging. Where cancellation is not on account of a defect, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned in sound condition and free of defect.
Cancellation fees
Under the Consumer Protection Law, where cancellation is not on account of a defect or a lack of conformity, the Site Operator may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product purchased, or ₪100, whichever is the lower. Where cancellation is not on account of a defect, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product at their own expense to the Site Operator's warehouse, at the address provided to them by customer service.
Nothing in the above derogates from the Site Operator's right to claim its damages where returned products were damaged while in the customer's possession.
How to cancel an order
An order may be cancelled only by application in writing to the Site Operator, by sending a message to yakov.netafim55@gmail.com or by using the "Cancel an Order" link at the foot of the site.
Refunds
The consideration will be refunded to the User within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, by the same means as the payment was made.
