What is sterling 925 silver?
Sterling 925 is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver. It is the internationally recognised mark for silver that is durable and safe for everyday wear. Every piece we make carries the 925 stamp.
How long does delivery take?
International orders ship within 10 business days of confirmation by registered, insured post, and take a further 5–14 business days depending on destination. A personalised piece — a name necklace or an engraving — takes 7–10 working days from the moment you approve the final design. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I order a personalised piece?
On any product page that offers personalisation you can enter the name, letter or symbol you want. For anything more involved, message us on WhatsApp and we'll come back to you with a design to approve.
What warranty comes with the piece?
Every piece that leaves our studio carries a full one-year warranty, including re-polishing and any manufacturing fault. Send us a message and we'll put it right at no cost.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Wipe the piece with a dry silver cloth after wearing it. Keep it away from perfume, soap, chlorine and salt water. Store it in a cloth pouch or a sealed box.
Do you ship outside Israel?
Yes — we ship worldwide by registered, insured post. Delivery takes 5–14 business days depending on destination, and the shipping cost is calculated in your bag before payment.
Our story
A silversmithing tradition, from 1914 to today
Our founder, the late Shimon Netaf, was born in 1914 into a family of silversmiths. He came to the Land of Israel in 1947 and set up a studio that has passed from father to son ever since. We carry the same tradition on today — precise handwork, good raw materials, and a deep respect for the craft.
