The Site Operator makes every effort to dispatch products as soon as the order is received and payment has been settled by the purchaser, in accordance with the terms stated on the product page purchased, to the address in Israel entered by the purchaser when placing the order.
The Site Operator undertakes to supply the products within 10 business days of the order being confirmed (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, festival eves and festival days).

In areas of restricted access for security reasons, the Site Operator may make the products available to customers at a location near their address, to be arranged with them in advance. The Site Operator makes efforts to deliver on time to restricted areas; however, in such areas a delay of up to 10 business days may occur, and such a delay shall not be treated as a late delivery.
In circumstances of delay due to force majeure — such as fire, flood or war — and/or due to events beyond the Site Operator's control, such as strikes and faults, the Site Operator will inform the purchaser as soon as the delay becomes known and will allow them to choose between waiting to receive the product, receiving an alternative product, or cancelling the transaction and receiving a refund.
It is agreed that where the purchaser chooses or agrees to delivery without a signature — the parcel being left outside the door, in a stairwell, or at another agreed location — responsibility for the product passes to the purchaser once the delivery reaches the agreed place of handover.
Where the purchaser provides incorrect or incomplete details, or where a delivery attempt fails because the purchaser was absent from the address given, a charge may apply for a further delivery attempt and/or the product may be transferred to an alternative collection point. In such cases delivery times will be extended, and the Site Operator bears no responsibility for the resulting delay.
The Site Operator may update this delivery policy from time to time, and the update will apply to any purchase made after the date of the update.
